About Us

VOPE is an initiative led by Ernest and Abdoul both Future Leaders Programme Alumni with the aim of providing a safe and inclusive platform for asylum seekers and refugees to share information, opportunities, stories, experiences, and aspirations with a wider audience. Through the shared stories and experiences, the "Voices of Hope" podcast seeks to foster empathy and understanding, as well as raise awareness to dispel misconceptions surrounding migration and challenge stereotypes and dehumanisation against asylum seekers and refugees in the UK.
